Wild Raspberry Ice Cream
This creamy, naturally sweet Wild Raspberry Ice Cream is a refreshing summer treat made with just a few whole food ingredients—perfect for enjoying with family on warm days.
Wild raspberries bring more than flavor—they’re rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber, and often contain more nutrients than their cultivated counterparts. Whether foraged or store-bought, they add a touch of wild beauty to every bite.
- 1 cup wild raspberries or regular raspberries
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk use less if you want a lighter coconut flavor
- ¼ cup maple syrup or less, to taste
- 4–5 frozen bananas
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until thick and creamy.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer until firm.
Scoop and serve once set.
Optional: Top with fresh raspberries or coconut flakes for extra texture.
