Warm & Wholesome Banana Breakfast Cookies

These soft, wholesome banana oat cookies are made with just a handful of real-food ingredients and come together in one bowl. Naturally sweetened with bananas and packed with fiber, healthy fats, and plant-based goodness, they’re perfect for a quick snack, breakfast, or something warm after dinner. No flour, no added sugar—just simple, feel-good cookies.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 3 cups oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mash the bananas until smooth and goopy.
  • Add the oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon.
  • Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture onto two sheet pans.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Makes about 40 cookies.
  • Best enjoyed warm, right out of the oven!
