Warm & Wholesome Banana Breakfast Cookies
These soft, wholesome banana oat cookies are made with just a handful of real-food ingredients and come together in one bowl. Naturally sweetened with bananas and packed with fiber, healthy fats, and plant-based goodness, they’re perfect for a quick snack, breakfast, or something warm after dinner. No flour, no added sugar—just simple, feel-good cookies.
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 cups oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium-sized bowl, mash the bananas until smooth and goopy.
Add the oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture onto two sheet pans.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Makes about 40 cookies.
Best enjoyed warm, right out of the oven!
