- ½-1 tsp spirulina
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2-3 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp Juice from ½ lime
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1 handful spring mix or any leafy greens
- 3 ½ cups water enough to cover the ingredients in the blender
- 1 ½ coconut water Costco carries 11.1 lf oz bottles
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender, starting with the liquids (water, coconut water, and pineapple juice).
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses or jars. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
