Ingredients
  

  • ½-1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2-3 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp Juice from ½ lime
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 handful spring mix or any leafy greens
  • 3 ½ cups water enough to cover the ingredients in the blender
  • 1 ½ coconut water Costco carries 11.1 lf oz bottles
  • 4 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender, starting with the liquids (water, coconut water, and pineapple juice).
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses or jars. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
