Sweet Banana Granola

Sweet Banana Granola is a naturally sweet, nutrient-packed breakfast or snack option. Made with blended bananas, gluten-free oats, hemp hearts, chia seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, and a touch of coconut sugar, this granola is baked to crispy perfection. Add your favorite toppings like wild blueberries, strawberries, or dates, and enjoy it with almond milk for a wholesome treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups oatmeal gluten-free, organic
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • Cinnamon and salt to taste
  • Optional Toppings: Wyman’s wild blueberries,organic strawberries, chopped dates, nuts, or your favorites

Instructions
 

Preheat Your Oven:

  • Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Blend the Bananas:

  • In a blender, puree the bananas until smooth.

Mix It Up:

  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, hemp hearts, chia seeds, coconut flakes, chopped almonds, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the blended banana mixture into the bowl and stir until everything is evenly mixed.

Bake to Perfection:

  • Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking at the 25-minute mark to ensure the oats don’t burn.

Cool and Serve:

  • Let the granola cool completely, then break it into clusters. Serve with almond milk and your favorite toppings.

Notes

Storage Tips: To keep your Banana Bliss Granola fresh and crunchy, store it in an airtight container once it has completely cooled. It will stay delicious for up to two weeks in a cool, dark place. For longer storage, freeze the granola in a freezer-safe bag or container and enjoy it within 2-3 months. Just thaw it at room temperature before serving!
