Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats sprouted, gluten-free, organic
  • 6 cups filtered water Berkey or other filtration recommended
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp ground flax optional
  • Salt to taste

Optional Toppings:

  • Pomegranates
  • Bananas
  • Wild blueberries
  • Honey
  • Coconut sugar
  • Almonds chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add the oats, water, chia seeds, hemp hearts, ground flax (if using), and salt into the Instant Pot. Stir well to combine.
  • Secure the lid and pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.
  • Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure, which takes about 10–15 minutes.
  • Serve warm and top with your choice of pomegranates, bananas, wild blueberries, honey, and/or coconut sugar.
