  • 1 package Costco's frozen edamame beans
  • Water enough to cover the beans in the pot
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the beans: Pour the edamame beans from the package into a small pot. Add enough water to cover the beans.
  • Cook the edamame: Place the pot on the stove over high heat. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, turn off the heat.
  • Strain and rinse: Carefully strain the hot water from the pot and rinse the beans with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Serve: Transfer the edamame to a large bowl and sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
  • Enjoy: Serve as a snack, side dish, or addition to salads and bowls.
