- 1 package Costco's frozen edamame beans
- Water enough to cover the beans in the pot
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Prepare the beans: Pour the edamame beans from the package into a small pot. Add enough water to cover the beans.
Cook the edamame: Place the pot on the stove over high heat. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, turn off the heat.
Strain and rinse: Carefully strain the hot water from the pot and rinse the beans with cold water to stop the cooking process.
