Protein-Packed Pancakes
These thick and fluffy protein-packed pancakes are perfect for fueling your day! Made with wholesome ingredients like eggs, bananas, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder, they’re easy to whip up in a blender and are delicious topped with berries or nut butter.

- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 2/3 cup tapioca flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Start by pulsing, then switch to high speed to mix everything until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake. Flip when tiny bubbles begin to form on the surface.
Serve warm and top with your favorite berries, nut butter, or both!
