Instructions
Prep the Ingredients:
Rinse and dry the spinach, arugula, blueberries, and pomegranate arils.
Chop the spinach into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the Asian pear.
Assemble the Salad:
In a large salad bowl, layer the spinach and arugula.
Add the pomegranate arils, blueberries, and sliced Asian pear on top.
Make the Citrus Dressing:
Juice the cutie oranges into a small mason jar.
Whisk in the poppy seeds, raw honey, and avocado oil.
Place the lid on the mason jar and shake until well combined.
Dress the Salad:
Drizzle the citrus dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to coat.
