Mixed Berry Protein Shake
This creamy, nutrient-packed shake is perfect for a quick breakfast, post-workout fuel, or a healthy snack. It’s loaded with fruit, greens, and protein to keep you energized!
- 4 frozen bananas
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup spring mix (or 1 handful) spinach works as well
- Water to just cover the ingredients in the blender, carefully adding more if needed
Prepare the blender: Add the frozen bananas, mixed berries, vanilla protein powder, spring mix, and coconut milk to your blender.
Add water: Pour water into the blender, covering the ingredients. Carefully add more if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
Blend: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve: Pour the shake into 4 16-oz mason jars or glasses.
Enjoy: Drink immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before serving if stored.
