Place 3 cups of the puffed Kamut in a medium sized bowl.
Put the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a pot on the stove and stir on medium low heat.
When all the ingredients are melted together, add it into the Kamut bowl and stir.
Put the mixture into a 8x8 baking glass pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
Now put the dark chocolate chips and oil in the pot on the stove and stir til chocolate is dissoved and pourable but don't over heat or it will clump together.
Pour chocolate over the Kamut mixture. Optional: sprinkle some more salt over the chocolate spread.
Place in freezer or fridge depending on how fast you need the chocolate to mold in place.
After 20-30minutes, take out treat and cut into squares and enjoy!
