This recipe made the debut at our 3rd annual Christmas Kickoff Party! We had fun getting together with my sister and her family. Pear Pecan Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Red Pear
- 1/2 cup of coconut sugar candied pecans https://sliceofpaleo.com/coconut-sugar-candied-pecans/#recipe
- 2-4 cups of Arugula
- 2-4 cups of Spinach chopped
- 1 handful cranberries, pomegranates, pistachios
Dressing
- 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 TBSP Avocado Oil
- 1/2 tsp Black poppy seeds
- 1 TBSP Honey
Instructions

- Once you have the coconut sugar pecans in the oven, start by getting all the ingredients out.
- Cut the spinach.
- Cut Pear into slices.
- Toss everything together in a bowl.
- Place the ingredients for the dressing in a mason jar and shake/stir.
- Get the pecans from the oven and toss over the salad once cooled.
- Throw some mix-ins like cranberries in and enjoy!
