I’ve been making these cookies for years, and they’re one of those recipes I never have to think twice about. The amounts might shift a little depending on what I have on hand, but the ingredients always stay the same—simple, nourishing, and so good. These are the kind of cookies you can feel really good about making (and eating). Just a little note—these are best served warm, right out of the oven. Trust me on that one.
