My Secret Weapon Before Dinner

Dinner’s not quite ready, but the kids are starving and ready to eat. Enter my secret weapon: edamame beans! I can whip them up in no time and place them on the table. Slowly but surely, the kids meander over and start munching. Even though one of them insists he doesn’t like them, I know he’ll end up eating them—because let’s face it, it’s the salt!

We buy a big bag of frozen edamame beans from Costco, and they’re the perfect snack for our family. So simple, so quick, and so satisfying!

We absolutely love Redmond’s Real Salt around here, and here’s why you should too:

Redmond Real Salt is a natural sea salt that packs a punch with some amazing health benefits:

  • Hydration: The minerals in Redmond Real Salt help your body absorb and retain water.
  • Electrolyte balance: It contains potassium, which supports electrolyte balance and helps keep muscles and nerves functioning properly.
  • Flavor: The natural minerals provide a subtle, sweet flavor that brings out the best in your food.
  • Purity: Unrefined and free from additives or pollutants, Redmond Real Salt is as clean as it gets.
  • Natural source: Harvested from an ancient seabed in Utah, protected by a layer of bentonite clay, Redmond Real Salt is free from modern contamination.

If you’re not using it yet, I highly recommend you try it—your taste buds (and body) will thank you!
