We always save the pineapple juice from canned pineapple to whip up this refreshing and vibrant smoothie the next day. It’s a delightful addition to your green smoothie repertoire! The zingy ginger balances the spirulina perfectly, while the sweet pineapple juice ties it all together with a tropical twist. To make it even better, we add chia seeds and hemp hearts, creating a smoothie that’s not just delicious but also packed with complete protein to fuel your day.
If you have a can of pineapple sitting in your pantry, this is the perfect excuse to open it! Use the juice for this smoothie and save the chunks or tidbits for dinner—they’re a key ingredient in our amazing Hawaiian Haystack recipe. With this combo, you’ll have a tropical treat from morning to night!
