My Salsa Story:

The first time I made fresh salsa, I was a busy college student finishing my bachelor’s degree. My mom and grandma were coming over, and I quickly threw some leftovers into my food processor. BOOM—fresh salsa was created!

Over time, I realized I prefer chopping everything by hand. It keeps the textures just right—no surprise onion chunks or mushy tomatoes. Plus, there’s something satisfying about the evenness of hand-cut ingredients. This recipe embraces that!

Pair It with Siete Chips:

We absolutely love Siete Chips! Their clean ingredients—Cassava Flour, Avocado Oil, Coconut Flour, Ground Chia Seed, and Sea Salt—make them a wholesome and delicious choice. For the best price, you can find them at Costco, but Walmart also carries them. They’re the perfect crunchy companion to this fresh salsa! Enjoy!
