This recipe holds a special place in my heart because it was created with my son, Anthony, during one of our kitchen adventures. We were craving a sweet treat for our date night but wanted something simple and wholesome. As we brainstormed ideas, Anthony had the brilliant thought to add banana slices for an extra layer of flavor—and it was perfect! These Peanut Butter Date Bites quickly became a favorite in our home. They’re fun to make, delicious, and a wonderful way to spend time together in the kitchen. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do! Added bonus if you make them for your date night!
